CRS (Our) on-site capabilities include, but are not limited to offering technical advice to our customers and/or to their sub-contractors.

CRS/We can provide on-site assistance in preparation for planned turnarounds and we offer support with unplanned shut-downs and outages.

CRS/We can mobilise supervision and machinery specialists (mechanical technicians), who will integrate with our customers’ existing teams.

CRS/We can provide technical advisors, supervision and hands-on mechanical technicians, QA/QC personnel, riggers/appointed persons etc.

CRS/We can provide on-the-job trainers to their customers and clients.

CRS/We can conduct equipment inspections and will support in-house condition assessments

Planning and Preparation Support We can support our customers through our TA Plan & Prep CER. This service can take two forms; 1) On-site support to review the planning documentation and to offer support to the customer, to fine tune their planning and also to review TA planning documentation submitted by their contractor. An effective and timely “cold eyes review” (Independent Project Review) of your project can provide critical management information and identifies targeted improvement opportunities in time for effective corrective actions. Every day that your equipment is out of service has a heavy impact on revenue. 2) Remote support to review the planning documentation from your contractors. We can review logistics, contingency plans, previous machine reports etc and offer experienced input which will help Planning, Reliability and Maintenance Departments better prepare for their turnaround or intervention.
